The headlines of the day: Salman Khan was sentenced to seven or whatever years to prison!
Every possible news channel on TV screamed this damn news regularly.
Some asked if Salman was the victim of "bad judiciary"! Man, i thought he had "trouble and controversy" as his middle names... People obviously forgot that he ran over people on the road in a drunken state some years back or do they call it an "enchanted" state???
Ok, fine he is imprisoned,but the news doesn't end there! The next day the news channels say "Salman spends another night in prison!" "Salman is fed rotis and sabzi" "Salman's girlfriend visits him!".... HELL! Fine, where do you expect a prisoner to sleep? In some Seven star hotel??? What would you give a prisoner to eat?Food from The Oberoi hotel??? And who the hell cares if Katrina Kaif visits him or not?!!!
Today's Flash News:
There i was sitting in front of the Tv and it said flash news.Wondering if it were another fire or calamity,I stare in disbelief when it says "AIshwarya Rai injured during a shoot.Injures her little finger on her right hand".
This is the limit!!
Please,how does Aishwarya Rai "surviving" such an injury affect you or me?!!

News channels have always given more than required importance to rubbish. It's wat they do naturally and to be honest, most people care more about salman khans' prison diet than abt a volcano erupting in indonesia (or anything else for that matter).
Every news channl know there's only three things that get people's attention - Cricket, filmdon, and mahajan getting shot!

I read in many places that the mobs and protests(what exactly were they protesting about anyway?) that followed Dr.Rajkumar's death had less to do with hero worshipping him and more to do with bangoloreans feeling insecure about their identity. Try reading some of the reports..its quite hard to believe..
